Compiling on Windows

Hi,

I'm setting up my kdesettings.ini, and have set
KDECOMPILER = msvc2013

Further down, it says 
[QtSDK]
Enabled = False
Path = C:\Qt
Version = 5.3
Compiler = mingw482_32

Since Enabled=False, is this of interest at all? I was confused because I set 
KDECOMPILER to msvc2013, and here it says something about mingw. Can I just 
ignore this and continue with the howto ?
