Kate for windows problems

Hi,

I really like your editor Kate, and I'm working in Windows OS.

However, there is bug in my version of KDE development platform 4.10.2,
that lines numbers are wrong.

It is any chance to fix this bug and install a new version of Kate on
Windows, which has this bug fixed, or will be in near future?
