master: kdewin as requirements for framework\khtml?

.\emerge frameworks failed because it failed to find KDEwin

Workaround:
.\emerge -i kdewin
.\emerge -i khtml
.\emerge frameworks

I'm assuming it's a known problem and as such not going to file a bug report.

PS: portage not updated; I will not update portage until the build of
kmail, which is my target, is complete.
