I did a clean install of some edu apps, ran KLettres, tried to download GHNS
data files but failed with a "missing gpg" error message.  Installed KGpg and
tried again, this time it worked.  This suggests that KLettres needs to depend
on KGpg, as may other GHNS users.

Reproducible: Didn't try
