Switched package to the kf5 branch. Removed kde-runtime dependency, added eigen3 and qtbase.

KDE-Edu uses a 'kf5' branch instead of 'frameworks', so I had to add kf5 as a branch to the KDE version.ini.


(This review is also to test reviewboard, which was broken for a while)
