"When running "emerge qt" it fails at openssl, because make is not found
("sh:
make: command not found.")."

Had the same issue today with my build on Windows 7 32-bit, also with MinGW4
as compiler. To resolve this issue I simply copied the
%kderoot%\mingw64\bin\mingw32-make.exe to %kderoot%\mingw64\bin\make.exe and
the compilation of the openssl went fine after inputting 'emerge qt' on the
command line again. So, it definitely seemed to be a simple naming issue.

Just thought I'd let everyone know for future reference.
