I've got the same problem.

 

I used the KDE on Windows installer
<http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-la
test.exe>  to download Kmymoney 4.10.2 onto my laptop running W7 Ultimate.
On opening the programme I get the message:

 

The procedure entry point ?read at Data@GpgME@@QAEHPAX1 at Z could not be located
in the dynamic link library gpgme++.dll

 

The only path I have checked is c> programme files>Kmymoney.  The only
folder in it is entitled BIN and the only .dll file is mscvr100.dll.  Is
there another path?

 

My friends who use Kmymoney on a Linux machine are pleased with it but I
prefer Windows!
