Same as above. Got the latest gpg4win-2.2.0 from internet. Installed on PC with
WIN7 64bits with AMD Phenom II x4 965 processor. 
Claws-Mail and GPA are working. 
When starting Kleopatra error notice appears: "kbuildsycoca4.exe - entry point
not found" and "It was not possible to find the entry point of the procedure
_7N7QObject16staticMetaObjectE in the library of of the dll QtCore4.dll".
Same installed on a LapTop all worked fine.
