kwinstartmeny.exe has stopped working

[Zoom Dan]

I am trying to install KDE on a windows 7 64bit machine. However i get the
message "kwinstartmenu.exe has stopped working" every time and was unable
to continue.
Google search didn't reveal any solution.
Any insight?
