KDE Windows installer available over KDE mirror network

Hi all,

the KDE on Windows installer is now available through the KDE mirror 
network.

To download the installer you may use the regular download links provided by

       http://windows.kde.org

or directly by using the link

http://download.kde.org/stable/kdewin/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe.mirrorlist
