I downloaded kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe from
http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe
and the download completes, once i try to run the installer a error dialog
appears telling me that the .exe file is not a valid win 32 application.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download program from kde site
2. run executable
3. profit, i mean, error!
Actual Results:  
a error dialog appears and the program doesn't run 

Expected Results:  
i expected the program to run flawlessly and show me the screens showed here:
