This is a bad idea in general, since plasma on windows is neither stable
nor fully implemented. If you want to try it out, simply open
plasma-desktop.exe from the bin directory of your KDE installation
(install kde-workspace for that). Make sure that you can kill that app
by leaving the taskmanager opened ;-)
