Hi Jekyll, thanks for your reply. 
No I didn't install anyold version of kile before. 
I just downloaded the KDE from here (the lastest 1.0.0):
http://download.kde.org/stable/kdewin/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe.mirrorlist. 
I then installed the kile from the KDE. I already tried unstall the KDE and
reinstall it. But I got the same result.
