Whenever I open ANY app on KDE windows, it crashes immediately. I do not get
ANY(any at all) alert boxes, and the process does not even get into RAM.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open app.
2. Observe in Task Manager

Actual Results:  
 The app crashes immediately.

Expected Results:  
The software should have launched with out problem.
