emerge history

Hi everybody,

as you might have noticed, the history of the current emerge git
repository doesn't reach back into the beginnings of emerge.

To fix this error, I made a new attempt in moving the svn history to a
git repository which is now available readonly under kde:emerge-history.
All emerge branches have been moved into that repository as well as all
tags before 1.3.

I deleted all occurances of emerge from svn now, so emerge has finally
moved to git ;-)
