KWindowSystem::activateWindow() via D-Bus

Hi,

since commit 72c0379dc75dcbec878ca2ea940d06f771b38438 in 
ktorrent/master, compilation fails, see 
http://build.kde.org/view/FAILED/job/ktorrent_master/

How should the code be changed to not fail on Windows and Linux?
