KDE release near

Hi everybody,

a new KDE on Windows release is near (4.10.2), I have to admin that the
improvements are not that many, but at least a more up to date software
will be available really soon.

Please test the release using the winkde.org server and report your
findings about the installation process here. Any other bugs should go
to the KDE bugzilla of course ;-).

In case no serious bugs are found, I think we can release KDE tomorrow
or the day after.
