Just have installed KDE-Windows 4.8.0 (MSVC 32bit) on Windows 7 x64 with the
primary goal to use Kile. An attempt to run Kile brings the following error
window "kile.exe - System error": "The program can't start because
poppler-qt4.dll is missing from your system. Try reinstalling the program to
fix the problem.:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install KDE-Windows 4.8.0 (MSVC 32bit) on Windows 7 x64 following
http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/kile/index.php?title=KileOnWindows
2. Try ti start Kile (Start->All Programs->KDE Release->Office->Kile)
Actual Results:  
Cannot start Kile because poppler-qt4.dll is missing

Expected Results:  
Kile should start
