In $BUILDIR/kdepimlibs/akonadi/socialutils/socialfeeditem.h, class
SocialFeedItem has a private data member

QSharedDataPointer<SocialFeedItemData> d;

VS requires to have the declaration of SocialFeedItemData class instead of a
forward declaration.
