input line too long

Hi!

I'm trying to emerge kdelibs (from the 4.9 branch) on a WinXP (virtual) 
machine. However, while building qt, I'm running into the infamous "The input 
line is too long"-problem. I have enabled drive letter substitution in 
kdesettings.bat. Is there anything else I can do? Is there a workable way to 
help the build along, manually? 

The offending command line, weights in at 8672 characters, well over the 
limit. I'm attaching that, in case it helps to see what I am doing wrong.
