Update to Qt 4.8.

Best solution is to remove the directories %KDEROOT%\dev-utils\git and
%KDEROOT%\build\dev-util\git-1.7.4 by hand from inside the explorer. The
file access rights are somehow messed up with git, no idea why & how to
fix that easily.
