[emerge] merge of python3 into master

Hi everybody,

I just merged the python3 branch into master again.

This means that from now on, master can be used again to compile what
will be become KDE 4.9.
NOTE! You will need Python in version 3 as it is needed for kde-4.8
branch. The last commit working with python version 2 has been tagged as
v1.3.

If you have any questions or find any bugs, don't hesitate to ask here
on the list.
