Sprint preparations: Update topic list

Hi everybody,

please update the techbase page for the meeting with the topics you want
to discuss.

Even if you do not participate you could add some topics there, or add a
comment to the existing ones.

We plan to do a Google Hangout on saturday (4th of july) afternoon
German time. If you want to participate, please drop me a line.
