Ok, this seems to be the actually not your fault but the packaging error - the
files on the server that contain the md5 checksums are incorrect.
This bug can be easily resolved by packagers by updating those .md5 files. I
guess you even can do that manually - do md5sum on the zanshin tarball and save
the output to the corresponding .md5 file - i guess the installer will use that
and that'll be your workaround for this package.
