It does not repo if I select the install debug binaries first... However I
still think it is a bug. It is confusing and there is no information provided
to the user that they need to reselect(unselect and then select again) the
packages to get symbols because they have clicked install debug packages. Also
the option is at the bottom of the page and most likely the user will navigate
the page from top to bottom(which is how I performed the install), meaning they
will select the option last. Lastly I don't understand the flow for how a user
who wants to file a bug report, and needs to add symbols to his install would
occur. I would suggest that clicking this option downloads symbols for all
packages that were installed and will be installed in the future.

On a separate less interesting user situation - The button is automatically
checked if I want to add another package to an existing install and I can't
uncheck it, making it suggest to me that the option is all or nothing. And I
feel that the option should be all or nothing, but this comes with the burden
of  downloading symbols for packages I have already installed.
