Version:           4.7.0 (using Devel) 
OS:                MS Windows

Trying to "Configure Phonon" crashes amarok EVERY time.
I even tried to "emerge -i vlc" but that did not help either.(Before that,
there wasn´t even any library/anything that was related to vlc in the bin
folder, and afaik under windows, vlc ist supposed to be used as a backend)

Firstly, amarok should handle the unloadable phonon library(not crash)
Secondly, the phonon library shouldnt be missing in the first place(blaming
emerge here?)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge amarok && amarok
2.Click: Settings-Configure Amarok-Playback-"Configure Phonon"



Actual Results:  
Crash (Retries loading phonon library until its STACK OVERFLOWs)
