Okular Installer - can someone help me out

The way I implemented a Gluon installer for Windows is this:
https://projects.kde.org/projects/playground/games/gluon/repository/revisions/master/entry/cmake/CPack.cmake

CPack has a very good support for NSIS. You have more options. ;-)
