Can you open a bug report on bugs.kde.org for that and attach the
document? It works over here, there might be other problems though:
- Do you have other (opensource-)programs in your PATH? Will the
behaviour change if you put the bin subfolder of your KDE installation
(e.g. C:\Program Files\KDE-4.7.0\bin) as the first item in your PATH
variable?
- Which packages did you install (e.g. only okular)?
Please answer those questions in the bug report.
If this happens only with this specific pdf file, it would be especially
important to test it over here as there might be issues with embedded
image formats.
