kde-windows on Windows 7 64 bit

Hi,

I'm trying to install kde-windows on Windows 7 64 bit.

While doing "emerge qt" I get the following error. I suspect that this
is because of the emerge script downloading the x86 version of
openssl.

 What am I doing wrong?
