I need some help to create mpir binary packages

Hi,

KMyMoney recently moved it's internal vale representation to libgmp
[1] (The GNU Multiple Precision Arithmetic Library). The problem with
libgmp in the context of the KDE on Windows project is that, AFAIK, is
not build-able with MSVC. While looking for a solution to this problem
I came across mpir [2] which is a fork of libgmp [3] aimed at
providing, among other things, support for the MSVC compiler. After I
succeeded to build the library with MSVC (I have to tell you that it
was not straight forward) I decided that it's a good enough
replacement for libgmp on Windows.

I am writing this mail to request the creation of binary packages for
the current win32libs-sources/mpir-src package. If any developer can
do it a short description of the steps to follow would be nice.
