Hi again,

I have spent some time into Snorenotify and now there is a first usable
"release".
As backend I would recommend you Snarl (
http://www.fullphat.net/<http://www.fullphat.net/index.php>) because
it has notification callbacks so you can click them and something will
happen!!

You can find a build here
http://winkde.org/~pvonreth/downloads/snorenotify-builds/ there is a
mingw-w32 build and a msvc10 build.

Only msvc10 is available in the kde installer now, so the mingw-w32 version
cant be used for now.
Mingw32.org isn't supported.

How to start download the snorenotify-*-0.1-bin.tar.bz2 and extract it to
your kde installation.

Run snorenotify.exe.

By default the notifications will be redirected to the Windows Balloon tips.

Click on the system tray icon to change it.

Regards

Patrick
