Nope, it is on our end. The buildserver corrupted the packages before
uploading them. It happens with all msvc packages and the grantlee and
poppler-data packages of mingw compilers.

I will let the buildserver regenerate the packages tomorrow so that the
packages can be used again tomorrow evening.
