[Bug 190497] okular: print menu items are disabled in windows

The uploaded testcase files shows at least one problem with printing (compared 
"okular test case main window Fit page" with "okular test case print output"). 

The main window display with a resolution of 79.2605 dpi looks much better then
the print output with a resolution of 135 dpi and a bigger image size - both
outputs are drawn by Poppler::Page->renderToImage()

Does anyone have an idea where this comes from ?
