Well, to say the truth:
I haven't looked into it completely, but we already do have a ghostscript
package for libspectre postscript viewing support in okular. This package also
provides the commandline tools.
I am currently working on the 4.7.0 release for Windows, so I am very much
interested if any of you who has more insight into printing in okular could
come up with a working patch which uses ghostscript instead...
