[Announcement] Update of windows.kde.org available

1 - I can confirm this here.
2 - I'm worried that the main mirror is down for some days (I've noticed it
3 days ago and it is still down), it's still pingable, however. People won't
be able to download the installer from the windows.kde.org page, since it
points to the winkde.org link.
