for the next KDE on Windows release kmymoney stable version is 4.5.0

Hi,

We've release KMyMoney version 4.5.0 as our stable release for KDE4 so please 
consider using this version for the next KDE on Windows release. Also please 
move it from the UNSTABLE category of the installer to whaterver category is 
used for stable applications.
