GCC compiler for Windows...

yes, but i don't use emerge way on my windows.

I just recompiled all digiKam and co using TDM-GCC (gcc 4.5.1). All work fine.

TDM-GCC is just installed outside KDE4-MINGW install path. TDM-GCC set
automatically PATH var. cmake detect it without any problem.
