linking failure with digiKam and nmake

First I would check the digicam makefile if it lists LIBCMT.lib,
and remove it. But if it is already compiled into a other lib, the only
idea I have is to check their makefiles, too. And when this also
does not help: google.

I assume the precompiled kde packagages a ok, but maybe the other libs
link libcmt: Exiv2 libkdcraw, libkipi, libkexiv2.
