Principles on what KDE for Windows includes?

Hello, all!

I apologize for being a bit fuzzy in my message.

As Casper suggested, I have installed KDE for Windows v. 4.4.4 stable 
using Installer version 0.9.7-0. The problem is that the installation 
does not include Krita at all. I installed everything to be sure.

To me it seems like Krita has been a part of KDE for Windows project:

Where should I get the Windows binaries if not this way? IMHO this is 
very confusing.

The idea of KDE for Windows is so good that it should not be weakened by 
confusing things like this.
