KOrganizer, konqueror, dolphin not in repos ?

Is there a way to install KOrganizer using the KDE windows installer ?

I checked different servers and different versions but never found it.

I also notice that i cannot find any konqueror or dolphin (@version 
4.4.1 Mingw) while i have them installed on my windows 7 do the packages 
have been removed from repositories ?
