KDE on Windows as a remote X-Windows

I don't think there is a real KDE application to do this at the moment.

I use Xming: http://www.straightrunning.com/XmingNotes/ which allows you  
to tunnel an SSH X connection to a Windows machine.

There are plenty of tutorials to be found.
