group on reviewboard

Hello everybody,

one of the wishes to improve KDE on Windows platform was to make a
reviewboard group. This now has happened, we have the group kde-windows
on the reviewboard which is supposed to be for review requests related
to Windows. This mailing list will be notified (if the trafic becomes to
high we might move to a kde-windows-devel@ mailing list).
