invalid conversion from 'WCHAR*' to 'const ushort*'

Hi,

I've got some "invalid conversion from 'WCHAR*' to 'const ushort*'" and
similar errors on mingw when compiling kdelibs (
on kdelibs/kdecore/localization/klocale.cpp, then
in kdelibs/kdecore/kernel/kkernel_win.cpp , then I have not checked further
:P ).

Changing QString::*Utf16* calls to QString::*WCharArray* calls seems to
solve the problem here, but since dashboard status is okay, I need advice on
what could be wrong here.
