Problem with BinryPackageBase

I see - the win32libs-sources dir contains packages which are compiled 
from source and packages which are only repackaged. win32libs-bin 
contains refers to binary packages which are already repackaged 

Would it not make sense to separate the real source packages from the 
repackaged packages ?
