KDE 4.5.4 clean build started

Hi everybody,

after we fixed the build errors of KDE 4.5.4 packages, I now restarted a
complete clean build. This will need approximately more than two days,
so packages will be ready on 24th or 25th of december. Until then I need
to fix the generation of the dependencies file for the kdewin-installer
and copy over the win32libs packages from sourceforge.

After that, I would think that the release is done.
