"emerge qt" fails

Hi There,

When running "emerge qt > emerge_qt.txt 2> emerge_qt_2.txt " from a command 
line prompt in Windows Vista Home Premium, I get the attached file.

At the start of thisfile , it can be seen that a few patches failed to 
apply.

At the end it can be seen that

g++: 
p:\kderoot\download\svn-src\qt-.7\src\3rdparty\webkit\WebKit\qt\WebKit_pch.
h: No such file or directory.

What can I do to fix this problem?
