KMid windows release

Hi,

KMid 2.3.0 has been released, with windows backend support. I would like to 
ask for freezing the package in kdewin, building the released tarballs 
instead of the SVN sources. In this way, the documentation and translations 
would be included and tested, hoping that kmid will be included in the next 
kdewin release. Source packages are available here:
