Hi,

I just ran over a thread on the cygwin developer mailing list:

It probably applies to us as well, both in KDE as well as in the
kdewin-installer. The problem is that MoveFileEx doesn't work as
expected on Windows 7 anymore, so after reboot the in-Use-Files won't
have been replaced.
