[patch] more support in uname

Hi,
For review.
Added support for the following in uname() (kdewin):
- XP Mediacenter, Starter & Tablet PC
- Windows 7
- Server 2008 R2
- Home Server product
- itanium, x64

Also set Server 2008 instead of Longhorn.

Some of the above are not superficial and can be found in the wild.
Some are already present in bugs.kde.org reports as (unknown).
