Windows KDE-4.3.2

 Both qt-mingw and qt-vc90 are checked off as being in the bin. One has
probably overwritten the otherr. All the QT programs work and do not get the
error message. The 4.3.2 qt programs are v.4.5.2 patched whereas the other
4.3 qt programs are just 4.5.2..

Do the msvc downloads have to be removed and can this be done with the
installer?
